Use of Funds

Reporting and Accountability

RLS agrees to provide updates on the progress of the project, including:

Financial reports showing how funds were spent.
Key milestones and achievements.
Participant stories, photos, or testimonials when appropriate.
Evaluation and impact outcomes.

Reports will be provided (quarterly/annually) or as mutually agreed upon.

Recognition and Naming Rights

The Donor will receive appropriate recognition for their contribution, which may include:

Acknowledgment on the RLS website and printed materials.

Naming rights for the project or program as follows:

Anonymous donation (donor wishes to remain anonymous).

Duration of Agreement

This agreement will remain in effect until the project is completed or until all funds have been used as intended.
